2018 Goal

Let’s raise $20,000 in new scholarships this year! Hitting this goal will allow us to positively impact the futures of several students in the area of STEM. Take the first step to show your support by riding with us. Register online and we will see you at the starting line.

The Ride

Download our 2018 ride maps: Extended & Basic. The ride is fully supported, including several SAG stops, lunch, and mechanical support in a rolling van.  Also, participants can choose to ride in three different groups of skill/preparation levels.

Thank you to our 2018 sponsors for making this initiative a reality. Without their support, we would not be able to impact as many students as we do. And it’s not too late to show YOUR support. Sign up today for exposure, engagement with the AFCEA Cycle for STEM community

What Is STEM?

In a nutshell, STEM is everything!

STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Money raised through Cycle for STEM will fund scholarships for students studying and educators teaching in these fields.

Studies from various groups predict that the United States is facing a lack of educated STEM professionals and that the problem is likely to increase over the next decade. Cycle for STEM is working to reverse this trend by promoting STEM education at various levels of schooling.
